Gary Gibson to serve as President and CEO of
Foster’s Home for Children, Stephenville, Texas.

     The Board is excited to announce Gary Gibson as the next President and CEO of
Foster’s Home for Children beginning June 1, 2026. Gary currently serves as Executive Director of the Southern Christian Children’s Home in Morrilton, Arkansas, where he leads a ministry providing Christ centered care and support for at-risk children of Arkansas. With more than 40 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, finance, and operations. Gary served High Plains Children’s Home & Family Services, Amarillo, Texas, as Director of Capital Planning and Assistant Director for 20 years before moving to Arkansas.
     A 1979 graduate of West Texas State University his Business Administration
degree in accounting and his faithfulness enabled a business career which includes
experience in banking, corporate finance, childcare administration, and hospitality
management. Gary is deeply committed to serving children through his faith and has
held numerous civic leadership roles.
     Gary and his wife of over 49 years, Michele (pronounced as Michael), have three
grown children and eight grandchildren, all living in Texas.
     Glenn Newberry will continue to serve as the interim President and CEO until
Gary joins us.
