Foster's Home is a nonprofit agency providing residential group care for children throughout Texas accepted from private placements, Juvenile Probation departments, and Children's Protective Services (Community-based Care).
The S.O.A.R. (Safety, Ownership, Advancement, Responsibility) program is designed for young adults from ages 18-22, who have aged out of foster care and need a base of support beneath them as they transition to life on their own.
